In solidarity with the Wallace family, and those who are mourning and working to create a better Philadelphia for all, we recognize this is not a time to celebrate. We have therefore decided to cancel Friday night’s After Hours: Mischief Night.
In the wake of the recent loss to our West Philly Community, we will continue to do our part to create a safe space at The Woodlands for everyone, and will be in touch regarding opportunities for the community to come together for the purpose of healing and reflection.
We hope for brighter days ahead. In the meantime, our gates will continue to be open from dawn to dusk.
Due to Covid-19, membership events look a little different this year! But you can still explore The Woodlands after dark, and even get a little spooky. BYO beverages, warm up by a fire pit, and wander the 54 acres of The Woodlands Cemetery by moonlight.

Get spooky the night before Halloween with luminaries, fire pits, s'mores, an Undertaker's Formaldehyde Fizz and more! Mischief Night will be a scary evening with help from our friends at Curio Theater Company.* (If you’d like to become a member, or renew your membership, click here.)
*As After Hours: Mischief Night is in lieu of our annual Member's Halloween Cocktail Party, this event has been planned with an adult audience in mind. The socially distanced picnic area between the mansion and stable is family-friendly, but parents, please note that the Mischief Night tour will not be suitable for all children.
