We asked a few friends and neighbors why THEY love The Woodlands, and here's what they shared. Now it's your turn--tell us why you're crazy about this place!
“How many cemeteries do you know of that have beekeepers, a community garden, funky-looking Zelkova trees, craft fests, Maderia parties, visits from Edgar Allan Poe, and a huge 200 year old house?
Not many.”
“I love the Woodlands because it was the site of my wedding reception! Every visit there fills me with joy as I recall the sacred and celebratory moments of that day. ”
“The trees are amazing, the history is incredible, and the buildings are great, but I think it’s mostly about the people that work and play there and the shared experiences one has with them.”
“I love the Woodlands because it’s beautiful, odd, has a fascinating history and a brilliant set of personalities behind it, and it creates real, useful habitat in the middle of the city.”
