Join us on Sunday, October 20th for Halloween Family Fun Day, with a site-wide scavenger hunt, activities, the Mini Mutter Museum and more!
HALLOWEEN SCAVENGER HUNT - ALL DAY
Visit the graves of some of our most notable burials and see how their presence can still be felt in Philadelphia today! Featuring the mummies with the Penn Museum, crafts with University Arts League, healthy teeth with Penn Dental and all things trees with UC Green.
ALL HALLOW'S READ: SPOOKY BOOK SWAP - ALL DAY
Discover books about monsters, pumpkins, goblins, oh my! Seasonal reads will be hidden in age-appropriate sections throughout part of the cemetery. Find the Riddle Monument to join the fun!
MINI MUTTER MUSEUM POP UP - ALL DAY
The Mutter Museum will be here with objects and specimens (that you can touch!) from their teaching collection. Find them in the Hamilton Mansion.
WOODLANDS TREE TOUR WITH UC GREEN - 1:00PM
Join experts from University City Green as they lead you on a tour of The Woodlands collection of over 700 trees.
EXPLORE BIRDS WITH TORIBIRD - 2:00PM Bird Walk
Learn about birding and feathers at The Woodlands with our resident birding expert, Toribird! She'll also be sharing fun facts about her favorite birds - VULTURES!
PET COSTUME CONTEST - CANCELLED
Dress up your pet and show them off to the crowds at Halloween Family Fun Day! Costumes will be judged by students from the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine.
