Nature Nights: Raptor Night

Explore The Woodlands after dark with a casual evening full of urban biodiversity. Learn about the hawks, owls and other raptors who live here and learn ways to be a Citizen Scientist. Meet live birds with Courtney Douds, aka Raptor Jawns, and discover some of the mysteries of the urban wildlife that calls The Woodlands home.
Pack a picnic and a flashlight and join us for a night of Urban Biodiversity!
Friends from The Discovery Center will answer questions about birding and help us see if we can spot an owl!
Join The Walnut Street West Free Library for storytime!
Explore the Philadelphia Orchard Project Learning Orchard at The Woodlands.
Enjoy a sweet treat from the Popalong Truck.
This event is free and open to the public, but pre-registration is highly recommended. Consider making a small donation when you register or arrive at our information table so that we can continue to grow our programs like Nature Nights!
There will be limited parking available, so consider walking, biking, or public transportation.
If inclement weather arises, Nature Night will be cancelled.
