Halloween Family Fun Day

HALLOWEEN SCAVENGER HUNT - ALL DAY
Visit the grave of Dr. Thomas Evans with students from Penn Dental Medicine, get mummified with the Penn Museum, make masks with Spiral Q, and dissect pellets and go on a bird walk with Toribird! 

ALL HALLOW'S READ: SPOOKY BOOK SWAP - ALL DAY
Discover books about monsters, pumpkins, goblins, oh my! Seasonal reads will be hidden in age-appropriate sections throughout part of the cemetery. Find the Riddle Monument to join the fun!

MINI MUTTER MUSEUM POP UP - ALL DAY
Staff from the Mutter Museum will be here with objects and specimens (that you can touch!) from their teaching collection. Find them in the Hamilton Mansion. 

BIRD WALKS WITH TORIBIRD - 12:30pm and 2:00pm
Explore our resident birds with Tori Bird! Walks are about 20 minutes and will take place on the paved road and some brick paths through the cemetery grounds. 

PET COSTUME CONTEST - JUDGING AT 2:30pm
Dress up your pet and show them off to the crowds at Halloween Family Fun Day! Costumes will be judged by students from the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine. 

This event is free and open to the public. 

Please note: There will be no vehicular traffic or parking allowed on the grounds for this event. Please see the Visit page of our website for more information about transit options. Street parking is available in the surrounding neighborhood. Walking, biking, and use of public transportation are highly recommended.
