Yappy Hour: Urine Good Company
Wednesday, June 8th
5:00PM - 6:00PM
Did you know that dog urine damages most plants and trees? The Woodlands is participating in a national dog urine plant trial with North Creek Nurseries and needs your contribution. A selection of plants chosen for their salt tolerance and general toughness will be planted near the water spigot at the Stable, a regular stop for many dogs and their walkers. Other participating gardens include Battery Park City in New York City, Clark Park, and The Rail Park.
'Water' our plants in our special trial garden with your dog and help us with our study! Come have a cold beverage and mingle with four-legged friends and their owners! Dogs must be leashed at all times when at The Woodlands, including during the Yappy Hour.
Free for active members of The Woodlands

In order to keep this event as safe as possible, please stay home if you’re feeling sick, and plan to bring a mask to wear in the stable bathroom.
PSA: When you’re on site, please consider where your dog urinates. Avoid peeing on gravestones, other plantings, and trees. Stick to grassy areas (and the new test garden!)
