“Till Death Do Us Part" has a different ring to it when you say your vows in a historic cemetery! Come celebrate the new year by checking out The Woodlands as a potential venue for your wedding or engagement party!

On Friday from 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm you’ll be able to grab a free glass of rosé or seltzer and take a self-guided tour of the grounds, stroll through the interior and around the exterior of the Mansion, and ask Hann Daly, our Events and Communications Manager, any unanswered questions about private rentals at The Woodlands.

We still have availability in the Spring, Summer, and Fall of 2025! We host less than a dozen weddings a year, and our offerings include indoor and outdoor options, a flexible catering selection, micro weddings, and a historic pleasure garden as your backdrop.

All of the income generated from private rentals goes towards fulfilling our mission, enriching the lives of area residents and visitors by serving as a hub for activities and educational programs that interpret, celebrate, and make available to the public The Woodlands’ historic buildings and tranquil green space.

This event is free and open to the public. Advanced Registration is not required, but is highly recommended.

Can’t make it on Friday? You are welcome to visit the grounds on your own schedule—the site is open seven days a week from dawn until dusk—or you can email events@woodlandsphila.org to schedule a tour.
